FSSAI Sewa (‘we’, ‘us’, ‘our’) is a private B2B consultancy brand operated by AcleriaTech, a private technology and digital solutions company based in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand, India. All data collected through fssaisewa.com is processed and controlled by AcleriaTech as the data controller for FSSAI Sewa.

This Privacy Policy is published in compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the IT (SPDI) Rules 2011, the Aadhaar Act 2016, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

2. Information We Collect

  • Identity: name; Aadhaar and PAN details only where your application requires them
  • Business details: business name, type, food activity, address, turnover category, existing FSSAI number (if any)
  • Contact: mobile number, email address
  • Documents: ID proof, address proof, and business documents you upload
  • Payment: transaction reference only. We do not store card, UPI, or bank credentials
  • Technical: IP address, browser/device type, pages visited

3. Aadhaar and PAN

These are collected only with your consent, only when your application needs them, and are accessible only to authorised staff. They are shared only with the FoSCoS portal as required to process your application. We never ask for your bank PIN, card details or account passwords.

4. How We Use Your Information

  • To prepare, submit and track your application
  • To verify details required by FSSAI
  • To update you on status and deliver your certificate
  • To answer queries and process payments
  • To send service-related and compliance reminders
  • To meet legal obligations

We do not sell, rent or share your data for marketing.

5. Who We Share Data With

  • FoSCoS / FSSAI systems, as needed for your application
  • Payment gateway providers, for payment processing only
  • Hosting and communication service providers, under confidentiality obligations
  • Authorities, where required by law or court order
